TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to 90s Vinyls. These Terms of Service govern your use of
90svinyls.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or
placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. WHO WE ARE
90s Vinyls is an independent online store operating at 90svinyls.shop.
You can reach us at nitrosip714@gmail.com.

2. NOT OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE
Our products are independent, unofficial fan tributes created and sold by
90s Vinyls. They are not official merchandise, and they are not produced by,
licensed by, endorsed by, affiliated with or connected to any recording
artist, record label, estate or rights holder. Artist names appear only to
describe the theme of the product.

3. WHAT THE PRODUCT DOES
The music player is a physical NFC player. It does not come with any music
pre-loaded, and no music is sold with it. You load your own audio files onto
the player over the included USB-C cable and link them to the records
yourself. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any
audio file you load onto the device.

4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or
guardian, to place an order.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we
decline or cancel your order, we will refund you in full. We reserve the right
to limit quantities per customer or per order.

6. PRICING AND ERRORS
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but product descriptions, images,
pricing and availability may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right
to correct any error and to cancel an affected order, refunding you in full.
Promotional prices, discount codes and bundle offers are valid only while they
are displayed and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Our photography is representative of the product. Because screens display
colour differently, small variations in colour and finish are normal and are
not considered a fault.

8. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund &
Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The design of this site, our original artwork, our product photography and our
written copy belong to 90s Vinyls. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them
without our written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to
gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or
security.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 90s Vinyls is not liable for any
indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site
or your purchase of our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our
total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in
question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this
page is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was
last changed.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in
which 90s Vinyls operates.
