REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order from 90s Vinyls. If something is not
right, we will make it right.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all nine records,
the player and the USB-C cable included
- You must have your order number or proof of purchase
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or in poor condition, email
nitrosip714@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and
clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you
in full, and we will cover the return shipping in these cases.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email nitrosip714@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the
return. Do not send an item back before contacting us — returns sent without
prior approval cannot be processed. Once approved, we will send you the return
address and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the
customer, and the original order remains paid for by the customer until the
return is received and approved. We recommend using a tracked service, as we
cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm
whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original
payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card
issuer, it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a
new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items that are damaged through misuse, or returned incomplete
- Shipping Protection, which is a service and is consumed once your order
has shipped
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, first
check with your bank or card issuer, then email nitrosip714@gmail.com and we
will chase it for you.
